Redhilll Christmas Tree 🎄

The Redhill Business Guild is also the driving force behind the Christmas tree that has featured in the town centre for seven consecutive years. The tree is supported by local businesses, Surrey County Councillors, Reigate and Banstead Borough Councillors and Reigate and Banstead Borough Council. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for 2024, please email for more information.

#DestinationRedhill

Joining the Guild also invites you to be a part of the growing success of the #DestinationRedhill events. These Town Centre Activation events were created in 2023 and designed to drive meaningful footfall into Redhill to maximise the awareness of town centre businesses. The first iteration of the event in Summer 2023 supported the launch of The Light. With the participation of The Belfry, The Harlequin and 47 other local businesses we drove footfall in the town centre up 14% year-on-year and average dwell time in the town went up to 3hr 45 minutes compared to the prior week’s 1hr 40 minutes average. Read the full case study here.

In December the Guild organised a Christmas-themed #DestinationRedhill event; learning and improving on the summer version. This campaign promoted over 40 local festive events happening in the town and saw the involvement of 96 local businesses and organisations which resulted in an incredible 29.5% increase in footfall year-on-year. This event also included live outdoor music, a Christmas Market, a craft fair, all-day free entertainment in The Belfry, a selfie competition and festive films at The Light.
