In Januarys meeting we had the pleasure to welcome David Curness the manager of the Sainsburys Redhill branch who talked about Sainsbury development in the town centre. He talked about staff retention, hiring new people,, the challenges of recruitment in Redhill and anti-social behaviour in the area.
It was a very informative meeting and allowed us to discuss different strategies in his and our business and proved a lively meeting.
