Congratulations and huge thanks to Andy Nash from The Belfry Shopping Centre for being elected Redhill Business Guild Chairman at our AGM on 5 May. Andy stepped into fill the role of Acting Chairman in December 2019 and has steered the Guild through the difficulties of the past 14 months. He has been member of the Guild since its first meeting in 2016.

A big welcome to local Covid officer and entrepreneur Mark Smith, who joins us as Secretary, taking over from the very capable hands of Andy Brown. Thank you Andy for your dedication to the town.

Philip Jones remains Treasurer for another term and Paula Edwards, one of the Guild’s founders, takes on the role of Vice Chairman in addition to her ongoing Communications role.

Thanks also to Diane Dunkley, our representative from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council for her input, enthusiasm and guidance as a member of the Committee. A fond farewell too to Sarah Mason, former committee member who leaves to pursue a new opportunity.

We would like to wish our board every success in the coming year.
