I founded The Good Consulting Company in Reigate, Surrey, driven by my own neurodiversity (ADHD, autism, and dyslexia) and the experience of raising my daughter with a rare genetic condition. As a neurodivergent leader and champion for inclusivity, my mission is to help organizations, businesses, government agencies, local councils, and NGOs embrace the power of a diverse workforce.
